I had a mixed experience at Porcelain Hotel. The location in Chinatown is fantastic, but my room was incredibly small and quite noisy. The staff were friendly, but the service could have been improved with more helpful answers to my inquiries.

My room was very compact, making it tough to move around. It had no window and barely enough space for luggage. The shower was nice, but I missed having soap in the bathroom.

I found my stay at Porcelain Hotel By Jl Asia to be quite mixed. The location is fantastic, right next to Chinatown with plenty of dining options and easy access to public transport. However, the room was very small, barely accommodating my luggage, and the bathroom setup wasn't ideal. Despite these drawbacks, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, which made my experience much better overall.

My experience at the Porcelain Hotel was a mixed bag. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chinatown with tons of dining options around. However, the room was disappointingly small and lacked some basic amenities, like a working TV. While the staff didn't stand out in terms of service, the cleanliness was decent. It's good if you just need somewhere to crash, but don't expect a relaxing setup.

The Superior room was quite compact, making it challenging for two people. There was limited space for luggage, and no cupboard for clothes. The bed was high, which could be tricky for some. Overall, just a bit cramped for comfort.

The staff were polite, but I didn't find them particularly helpful when I had questions about local transport or dining options. A few of my inquiries left me feeling a bit lost.

I had a mixed experience at Porcelain Hotel By Jl Asia. The location in Chinatown was perfect for exploring and getting food, but the room was quite small and lacked a window. The service was genuinely helpful, especially during my early check-in, but the compact layout made it less comfortable for an extended stay.
Rooms

The room was incredibly compact, with barely enough space for the bed. Having no window made it feel more like a pod than a hotel room, and the bathroom could use a redesign since the shower area was not separated from the toilet, which posed a safety concern.
Service

The staff, particularly Mr. Gary at the reception, was accommodating and friendly. They offered helpful tips for the area and made adjustments when my initial room was too noisy.

Dining options around the hotel were fantastic, especially with the variety of local food available. However, I missed having breakfast options at the hotel itself.
Facilities

The facilities were basic yet functional, with clean rooms and good amenities like a kettle for making coffee or tea. However, there were limited common spaces to relax outside the room.
